Home by the Waterfront” is a 1500 sq ft apartment on the 55th floor of a residential tower situated in Dubai Marina, one of the most sought-after living districts in Dubai. Gleaming yachts, lofty skyscrapers, palm-lined waterfront promenades, glamourous boutiques, and al fresco dining are a few of the incredible experiences that this pristine neighbourhood has to offer. We were asked to design a home that resonates with the unparalleled luxury that this celebrated neighbourhood is famed for.

The space opens into the vast expanse of living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony. The periphery of the living area was left free of any paraphernalia to ensure that the breath-taking view of the waterfront and cityscape is unhampered and to allow the natural light to flood the apartment freely. The home has three glorious bedrooms that offer a welcome refuge. A neutral colour palette infused with gold is one of the major design elements. We associate the colour gold with luxury and abundance. The shimmer and glow of the colour add a special warmth and comfort to the interior.
